We will endeavour to do everything we can to accommodate your order however we work to a maximum number of cakes per week and will not compromise quality through greed. For on-line orders – If we are unable to accommodate your order you will be notified within one working day and a full refund will be given.
The images of our cakes are an accurate representation of our cakes however as each cake is handmade details may vary and colours may not be exactly as shown.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the cake we require to be notified within 24 hours via phone or email. We will do everything we can to rectify the matter before the event where possible.
Please note that whilst refunds can be made, the product has to be returned before we can make a decision on the matter.
While we take every measure possible to check orders it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the details on the order form are accurate. We will email all orders out to the email address provide. If you do not receive this after 1 working day then you must contact us on 01506 671133 as there has likely to have been a problem with the email address given.
We ask for a deposit for all celebration cakes, if we are delivering the cake we ask for the full balance to be paid before delivery. If you need to cancel the cake and 5 working days notice has been given you will only lose £20 of your deposit.
As you will appreciate that once the cake leaves our shop we cannot be liable for any damage in transit. The cake needs to be put on a flat surface and kept in a cool dry place until the event takes place.
